Department Authorized Schedulers Request Form

This form will authorize individuals from your department to reserve space in the Marvin Center, City View Room & State Room, Jack Morton Auditorium, outdoor event space, and Mount Vernon Campus event space. The individuals listed on this form will be the only people from your department permitted to reserve space. All events reserved by the authorized schedulers will be billed directly through your Oracle Alias. By submitting this form, you are giving authorization for Events & Venues and the Center for Student Engagement to use your Oracle Alias for payment on any event reserved by the individuals listed on this form. If at any time you need to change or update the people authorized to schedule for your department, please complete a new form. Each department may have up to three authorized schedulers.

Authorized schedulers will login to our space management database when requesting space. This will make it possible to check real-time availability of Marvin Center major space and meeting rooms, outdoor space, banner and table space, and Mount Vernon Campus space.

Please note: Any and all authorized schedulers that are not listed on this form will be removed.

Please allow two to three business days for the request to be processed.

Please include name of School/Division and Department/Office.
