GW Student Organizations
Student organizations registered with the Center for Student Engagement can reserve Events & Venues space for meetings and events.
Student organizations may have up to three authorized schedulers who can book space through our online reservation system. An authorized scheduler is an individual designated to represent the student organization through the space reservations along with allocating the funds that correspond to the booked space. These individuals are responsible to be knowledgeable with the details associated with the space they are booking and serve as the point of contact for any questions during the booking process. Additionally, the authorized schedulers are expected to be knowlegeable of all applicable policies. To update your student organization's authorized schedulers, please submit an Events & Venues Student Organization Authorized Scheduler Request Form through OrgSync.
