Space Reservation

GW Students: With the decision to hold Fall 2020 Semester courses on-line, all student event bookings for this academic year through Events & Venues have been cancelled, and new requests currently cannot be submitted.  Once a decision has been reached on when and how campus will open up again, student organizations will be contacted regarding the process to submit new event requests. 

GW Departments: All GW Department event bookings for the Fall 2020 semester have been cancelled. We understand there may still be a need for in person meetings.  If those needs arise, please contact us at [email protected], and we will evaluate these requests on a case by case basis.
