After reviewing the Student Organization User Guidelines, please select where you would like to hold your event from the list of venues below. You will directed to the reservation portal to submit your request. An Events & Venues staff member will contact you to confirm or request additional information.

Reservations can be made anytime prior to start of the event

Reservations must be made 3 business days in advance

Reservations must be made 14 business days in advance
