COVID-19 Update

With the decision to hold Fall 2020 Semester courses on-line, all student event bookings for this academic year through Events & Venues have been cancelled. Once a decision has been reached on when and how campus will open up again, student organizations will be contacted regarding the process to submit new event requests.

All GW Department event bookings for the Fall 2020 semester have been cancelled. We understand there may still be a need for in person meetings.  If those needs arise, please contact us at [email protected], and we will evaluate these requests on a case by case basis.
