Event Space Modifications Request Submitted
Thank you for submitting the Event Space Modification Form.
Requests for modification of an event space must be made online through the Event Modification Form before the close of business 15 days prior to an event. Last minute requests may not be accommodated. All requests are processed during normal business hours Monday-Friday.
The GW host should work with the venue manager to modify room set-ups and logistics.
An Events & Venues staff memeber will be in touch to confirm modification approval.
